If the car develops a fault within 30 days/1,000 miles of handover and you cannot rectify the issue the customer is entitled to ask to exchange the car, under the following conditions:
• the distance travelled since the delivery date does not exceed 1,000 miles
• the car has not been damaged and/or crashed
• the car is returned in its original condition
• the replacement car is equal to or higher in value than the original purchase
• the car has not already been subject to a replacement
• any costs associated with exchanging the car ie. Change in insurance costs, restructuring of finance agreement, are the responsibility of the customer

Only available when vehicle purchased on Personal Contract Purchase or Conditional Sale through Stellantis Financial Services UK Limited. Not available to cash customers. Customer must be a UK resident and 18+. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man excluded. Choose one of the following at the time of placing an order: (a) A complimentary EV charger (either a 7kW Ohme ePOD EV charger or a 7kW Ohme Home Pro (tethered) EV charger) and standard installation (up to max value of £999); or (b) £500 public charging credit via Octopus Electroverse.
Complimentary EV charger and standard installation (up to max value of £999): Customer must order EV charger when purchasing the vehicle, have designated private off-street parking, ensure that utility provider is able to support installation and running of EV charger and ensure all required third party permissions are sought in relation to installation of the EV charger.
